I take a pragmatic and commercial approach and enjoy advising on a broad range of property-based matters. Despite the large developments that I have been involved in, I still enjoy helping first home buyers into their first property.

I have 25 years’ experience as a Legal Executive, working in various Auckland legal firms where I acted primarily for property developers on large scale developments.

I have expertise in the titling and sell-down of fee simple subdivisions and unit title developments. I manage the project work for developments, including commercial leasing, development and project finance, that vary in size and complexity from a just few units to several hundreds of units.

I have previously been a teacher and a real estate agent, both of these roles add to the people experience that I bring to my current role.
