I have a diverse range of experience in commercial matters, with a particular focus on small and large scale residential developments; limited partnership agreements; construction contracts; sale and purchase of business; franchises; shareholder agreements; terms of trade; leases; finance; property conveyancing and general structuring.  I also have expertise and experience in relationship property agreements and separation agreements. 

Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts (majoring in German and Mandarin) from the University of Auckland.
