James Stewart

I have been with Steindle Williams Legal since 2007 and became a director in 2018. During that time, I have acted for a wide variety of clients both here and overseas, from individuals and small business owners to large businesses and high net worth individuals.

I have particular expertise in commercial and company law matters, as well as broad experience and expertise in a range of practice areas including commercial property development, sale and purchase of businesses, general property, leasing, estate and tax planning, construction, trusts, insolvency, dispute resolution and general structuring.

I am currently a member of the Law Association of New Zealand’s Documents and Precedents Committee.
