I am a litigator and work closely with David Hoskin across all aspects of litigation, having been in practice with a medium sized litigation firm prior to joining Steindle Williams Legal where I undertook a variety of work.
I have a wide range of experience in various areas of litigation including:
- Civil claims
- Commercial conflicts
- Company insolvency
- Building defects and construction disputes
- Contractual claims
- Shareholder, joint venture disputes
- Debt collection or recovery
- Criminal law
- Employment law; and
- Alternative dispute resolution
I have appeared as counsel in both the District Court and the High Court and have developed a passion for civil and commercial litigation.
