I have been a legal executive since 2015 having been a legal secretary prior to then.
The majority of my work at Steindle Williams Legal is residential and commercial conveyancing. This involves preparing, reviewing and advising on Agreements for Sale and Purchase, reviewing and advising on Body Corporate documents, Titles and LIM reports, preparing legal documents, liaising with banks, council, real estate agents as required and completing conveyancing transactions. I also have experience with subdivisions, sale and purchase of businesses and shares, leasing, trust formations and restructures and preparing Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney documents.
